The tower’s dynamic, tiered composition arose in response to a 62-degree setback on the north side of the building as well as an even distribution of townhomes and flats informs this layered approach, with each strata representing a shift in program.
At the townhome tiers, the corridor was deleted at alternating levels, resulting in maximum rentable square footage and economizing construction cost.
The tower’s exposed structure is incorporated as sculpture and maximizes square footage in the units, particularly in the expansive curtainwall townhomes.
