Reaching 200 feet, REV is the tallest building in the area and the tallest tower between Austin and Houston, serving as an important emblem for Bryan–College Station’s forward-looking urban growth.
The project in in collaboration with the University Student Lutheran Center under the terms of a long-term ground lease and incorporates the church spaces on the ground floor.
Zoning restrictions of deeply rounded curb cuts presented a creative opportunity to incorporate a formal curvature language, thus creating a flowing, undulating façade.
