Brett Rhode Speaks at Inaugural Austin Multifamily Conference

This Wednesday, August 31st, Brett Rhode will speak at Bisnow’s Multifamily Annual Conference (BMAC) where architects, developers, and industry leaders will discuss design and take the temperature on the city’s commercial real estate. BMAC occurs nationally in major cities, but this will be the debut of the conference in Austin as the market’s need for multifamily housing grows. Rhode Partners specializes in this typology with extensive experience in mid-rise and high-rise multifamily projects ranging from economical to luxury budgets with award-winning and design-forward projects like The Independent, The Linden, and Floodgate. This coming November, the firm will accept an Award of Excellence from the Council on Tall Buildings & Urban Habitat for its residential design of The Independent.
