The Loren Hotels Honored at LIV Hospitality Design Awards for Interiors

The 2024 LIV Hospitality Design Awards has recognized The Loren at Lady Bird Lake and The Loren at Turtle Cove for exceptional hospitality interior design. This year’s jury of architects, interior designers, and developers from the hospitality sector reviewed 550 submissions across 58 countries.
The Loren at Lady Bird Lake: Winner in Bar Lounge Interior Design
The Loren at Lady Bird Lake was a winner in Bar and Lounge Interior Design, the influence of which is driven by a holistic vision where materials, textures, and colors are informed by and ingrained with the natural and urban characteristics of the site. The luxury hotel and residences project opened in October 2022 and has since been internationally renowned for its architecture and interior design in publications like Paper City, Surface Magazine, and Conde Nast.
The project team worked with Fleur De Lis on FF&E and the art featured throughout the project reflects the private collection of the developer, Stephen King.
The Loren at Turtle Cove: Winner in Luxury Resort Interior Design
The Loren at Turtle Cove, the brand’s sister hotel in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, is a beachfront oasis recognized for Interior Design in the Luxury Resort Category.Stone and sustainably harvested wood are utilized throughout the amenities and units and paired with luxury appliances. All selections were made in partnership with the contractor and local vendors to facilitate ease of procurement and maintenance while achieving an elegant result for a discerning clientele. White travertine terraces and pool decks blend into white sand shores, seamlessly blending architectural elements with the site’s context. Rhode Partners is working with Studio Barbis, the FF&E Interiors Specialist on the project. The Loren at Turtle Cove can be seen in key publications like Travel Weekly, Hospitality Design, and Luxury Travel Advisor.
