The Linden Breaks Ground

This week, leading figures from Austin’s design, development, and municipal community gathered with community members and other stakeholders to celebrate the groundbreaking of Rhode Partners’ newest mixed-use residential high-rise, The Linden.
Rhode Partners developed the building’s architecture and interior design to achieve museum-inspired detailing and finishes throughout the project, with a range of one to three-bedroom units and a limited collection of two-story penthouses. The property’s first-class amenities include: outdoor dining, grilling, and lounge areas; a lap pool and poolside bar; a fitness center and sauna; uninterrupted concierge services; and a publicly accessible art gallery that features rotating works by local artists and other local art programing. We are honored to play a valuable role in shaping Austin's burgeoning Museum District and look forward to seeing The Linden come to life.
