Rise on 8th is located on a steep hillside at the northern edge of Austin’s flourishing high rise residential district. As the first project built under Austin’s Downtown Density Bonus program, the multifamily project illustrates the challenge of placing a large, complex building on an urban site with significant zoning and dimensional constraints. Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center and dog park, along with one floor of lobby and leasing space.
