Rhode Partners Designs Luxury Hotel in Turks & Caicos

Rhode Partners is elated to announce its second luxury hospitality property designed in collaboration with Sardis Developments and The Loren Hotels. Located at Turtle Cove on the island of Turks & Caicos, The Loren provides luxury amenities for year-round travelers, including 33 hotel rooms, 25 condominium units, and 5 private villas each around 10,000 square feet. The five-star amenities include an expansive 3 pool beachfront deck, a luxury spa, state of the art fitness center, private marina, an open-air restaurant and luxe cocktail lounges.

Each space was thoughtfully curated to celebrate the finest local materials and the stunning panoramic vistas offered by this island paradise. The Loren at Turtle Creek is set to begin construction in the fall of 2022.

Rhode Partners and Steven King of Sardis Developments anticipate the opening of its first project together, The Loren at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas, to begin welcoming guests this summer.
