Located in the heart of West Campus living, Villas on Rio is a luxury student housing project that features 284 units and spans 19 floors.
The building is currently under construction on the corner of 22nd Street and Rio Grande Street within walking distance to the University of Texas at Austin.
Vintage meets modern in this dense neighborhood as the building wraps around the historic Kenney House, a two-story Victorian home facing West 22nd Street. Full-height glass windows on the lower levels of the project feature inclusive views of the historic building.
Luxury amenities include vast fitness rooms, a spa, and therapeutic features to elevate healthy living for tenants. With four levels of underground parking and 700 bedrooms, the project thoughtfully accommodates the growing need for more housing near the University of Texas campus.
