Located on a 15,000 square-foot site, the 30-story tower maximizes density and provides unimpeded views of the city below. Amenities include a terrace, pool and fitness rooms on level 9 that bridge the lower parking levels and upper residential floors. A sky lounge and terrace, which take advantage of parkland and lake views, tops the tower.
